We really want to get the word out about our EXCEPTIONAL realtor, Emilio Q. My wife & I were extremely fortunate to have him as our realtor on our first home purchase. As this was all new to us, Emilio was excellent in guiding us through this long process. Any questions were met with a quick response and anything we weren't clear on or had any reservations about, he took the time to explain to us and always made sure we were comfortable and well informed, and on the same page, before moving on to the next step. This wasn't your standard home purchase, since we ended up buying my mother's home, he was not only the realtor for us, but was also the realtor for the seller-which happened to be my mother. My mother is not one to "Yelp", but she was always commenting on how professional and respectful he was throughout the entire process. Overall, we would definitely recommend Emilio to anyone selling or buying a home in the future!
