This review is long overdue!!! Emilio is THE BEST!!!! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Emilio walked us through the entire process!!! I met him first to discuss home ownership and what we could afford. He picked me up on the days we went together to look at homes and that help me so much!!! It made it easier to take in the surroundings and not feel pressure to talk to the seller's realtor. Emilio wrote down my top 5 must haves and top 5 deal breakers and lined up homes that tied into those and kept me in budget. When we chose our home Emilio made the process SO EASY!!!! We did not ever feel worried or pressured or anything. I hear horror stories from people how stressful the home buying process can be and we did not feel that. I never lost a minute of sleep worrying about the process. He met me at the home the day of our inspection also. Since I've never bought a home before I had no clue what to ask. He asked questions on my behalf and took notes. He helped me understand what was found by the inspector and prioritize anything that was suggested we fix. We closed in three weeks after finding the home that was perfect for us!! Emilio remembered me and my husband's birthdays and sent a lovely gift. He is a gem! Very laid back and gentle personality. NOTE: We moved into our home January 2020 right before the Covid pandemic hit. I'm a nurse and my husband is a Postal Service carrier and Emilio still kept in touch throughout the pandemic to check on us. He even had a friend sew face masks for me and my husband to help keep us safe. Emilio really is an amazing human being!!! Please reach out to him if you are looking for a realtor!!!

I felt compelled to complete this review as everything went extremely well even though I did not purchase a property. After finding a few properties of interest and speaking with Emilio to arrange visits, I had to end my search due to covid-19 pandemic and uncertainty of future job security for my wife and I. Up until that point, my expectations of communication, timelines, knowledge of housing market,and buying process were all met or exceeded.

Hopefully, we will be able to connect in the near future to move forward with the home search and possible purchase.

I don't really do Yelp reviews unless they are well deserved so let me tell you a bit about Emilio. Emilio helped us sell our home in SF, helped us get a temporary rental, and guided us with the purchase of our new home. Emilio is not your sleazy real estate agent just trying to get a sale , close, and move on. He does not try to persuade you one way or another. He does not pretend to know it all. He does not assume anything. No nonsense, no BS!

BUT, he IS a caring, hard-working, committed, and thoughtful individual who happens to sell homes. He is informative, reminds you that he works for you, is extremely polite, and takes time to get to know his clients. He learned how to say hello in my language so that he can properly greet my mother. Who does that? Not many people. He communicates and updates. I never had to call/text to get an update. He was always on top of it all. If he did not have an answer, he made sure to get an answer and always got back to me. Emilio went above and beyond and delivered in all aspects. He is a hard worker and does not delegate any aspect pf his job to some random person in his office. He is there every step of the way.

I highly recommend Emilio, not just as a real estate agent but also as a good person to spend time with.

Very helpful and knowledgeable as he lives in this community and knows the demographics. Pinpointed perfect housing, location and price range. Also put me in contact with a loan officer as I was debating whom to use, I will be using his recommendation.

We really want to get the word out about our EXCEPTIONAL realtor, Emilio Q. My wife & I were extremely fortunate to have him as our realtor on our first home purchase. As this was all new to us, Emilio was excellent in guiding us through this long process. Any questions were met with a quick response and anything we weren't clear on or had any reservations about, he took the time to explain to us and always made sure we were comfortable and well informed, and on the same page, before moving on to the next step. This wasn't your standard home purchase, since we ended up buying my mother's home, he was not only the realtor for us, but was also the realtor for the seller-which happened to be my mother. My mother is not one to "Yelp", but she was always commenting on how professional and respectful he was throughout the entire process.
